To HYIP Or Not To HYIP?

In case you are totally not familiar with this term, "HYIP," which stands for High Yield Investment Program, is a modern version of the infamous Ponzi scheme. One has to admit that "HYIP" sounds much more politically correct than the Ponzi scheme, but there is really little difference between the two. Obviously, no HYIP advertises itself as a Ponzi scheme as those are illegal. You can, however, easily recognize them by their claims of compounding your investment at the rates of 1-10% or even more daily, which clearly is not sustainable.

In an excellent ebook on making money online that I highly recommend, "Honest Income Program," HYIP is listed as one of the things to avoid along with 14 other useless or even harmful "business" ideas.

I must say that my opinion about HYIPs is somewhat different. I don't think that an average HYIP is any more harmful than a lottery and, in fact, the difference between the two is only in details. I would even say that you stand a greater chance of making some money with an HYIP than with a lottery, but your potential is much limited as HYIPs are bound to collapse either because they run out of new members or the owner of such a "private lottery" decides that it's just about the time to abscond with the loot and you end up holding a bag. However, in both cases the risks are about the same, although usually you can make some money with HYIPs if you are not greedy and play it for small gains and diversify across a few such programs.

There is also another benefit from HYIPs that is not so minor at all: you learn a disciplined conservative investing at a very small cost. The keyword is "small cost." Don't even think about throwing huge amounts of money at this. Treat it strictly the way you would treat a lottery. Most responsible, intelligent adults do not spend thousands of dollars a year on a lottery, but they may spend up to a hundred bucks and that's fine as long as this is not the money that you desperately need for other things. You do not want to be one of those people who have lost tens of thousands of dollars with those schemes. Yes, such people do exist...

Do I recommend playing HYIPs? As I said, only in moderation, and in moderation almost everything can be good, but never on a grander scale. Personally, I would never invest more than $10-20 per HYIP and no more than $100 altogether. On the other hand, you might as well check out "Honest Income Program" and go with the programs it offers. That, in my opinion, is even a better deal. Moreover, if you really ever decide to give HYIPs a try, by following the first of the programs this ebook presents, you will be able to earn $100-150 pretty easily within the first month and that should be enough to fund your HYIP investing account.

Some advices for HYIP beginners

Investor-Info.biz: HYIP Articles library

Some advices for HYIP beginners

This article is devoted to HYIP - investment programs. The article is intended for those who is the beginner in such business. I think, the beginner can gather some rules and advices which can help to not lose but earn some money by participating in such projects

First of all, you should solve: whether this method of earning money approaches you? First of al, answer following questions, and then make your own decision.

I do not advise you to start to participate in this business if following character traits are inherent to you

1. You are afraid to risk your money. It is necessary to note, that absolutely reliable HYIP projects do not exist. Any commercial or state bank offers low profitability of an investment with high reliability. On the contrary, HYIP offer high liquidity, but often many of them have short term of existence

2. You should realize, that HYIP projects cannot make a profit from anything. You should deposit necessarily some minimum of money to receive any profit. It is well-known, that it is impossible to receive something from anything. If you do not have necessary minimum (as a rule, it's over 100-1000 $)-you should earn and deposit them at first.

3. Are you very emotional? Are you nervous? In this case, HYIP business is not for you. Moreover, if you are capable to unforeseen rash acts, is very dangerous to participate in HYIP projects. In the first case you'll receive a sleeplessness, in the second - an opportunity quickly to lose all the money.

4. You like to blame others for your mistakes.

If, once a failure occurs, you blame anyone (be it administrator, friend, boss, government, God, weather, coincidence etc) except for yourself, you should stay away from HYIP. Keep in mind that YOU are the only one being responsible for the decisions you are making, and all the fault in case of a failure is yours. If you have lost money in HYIP - you are the only one who is guilty in your unpredictability and greed, having taken over your common sense. Remember that no one was pulling you on a lace and you have voluntarily given your money to a scammer.

5. We strongly advise you not to participate in HYIP projects, if cheating is inherent in your character. There are too many dishonest persons in this business besides you

HYIP - IS for you, if: 1. HYIP is the best way of earnings money for you, if the realized risk - congenital feature of your character.You should understand, that risk-noble business You should be ready to risk anywhere and always to subdue top or to lose all.You've got a well-developed intuition and common sense

2. For successful promotion in HYIP business you should have good feeling of intuition and skilling of precise analysis. Yours experience and intuition should be a basis of your decisions. Your experience and opinion should be more major, than opinion of participants HYIP forums etc. You and only you make a decision on necessity to participate or not to participate in this or that project.

3. You should be capable take experience from the last mistakes

HYIP it is not intended for those who recedes after the first defeat. HYIP - a choice of the strong people, able to make conclusions of their mistakes.

HYIP : first steps. This part of article is array of advices for those people, who meet the requirements stated above and decide to take participation in HYIP business.

How to begin. You should take some knowledges before participation in HYIP. You can get this knowledges by reading news on different forums, opinions of well-known people and professionals of this business. It is well-known, that's learning from mistakes of other one's is too better than from your own. You should start only after your own attentive research of HYIP business world

Starting capital. A lot of hyip programs have too small start invest capital about $1-5. You should clearly understand, that such small money can't be the foundation of real business. You'd better to buy a beer fjr yourself than participate in HYIP business with such money. You should start your learning with at least $100, expanding this amount till $1000, if you want to succeed. And you should remember, that amount of your investments and possible loosing of them should not be fatally dangerously for you.

A variety of investments. Do not invest all of money in any unique invest-project. You should have contributions in at least ten various projects, you'll have probability of yours succeed. You should clearly understand, that always there is a high probability closing of half of these funds

You should care of safety of your accounts if do not wish to be plundered by the hackers a various sort, swindlers, etc. Do not forget to update anti-viruses and firewall programs on your machine. Only you can protect yourselves from a robbery by hackers.

Life expectancy of HYIP projects. Any program of investment chosen by you should be preliminary researched by you. You should estimate time of its existence and the beginning of work of the project. You should know, that any such invest project has the certain term of a life. The overwhelming majority of projects - financial pyramids, although well-known as ponzies. They pay you from the deposits of new investors for a period of time while new investments are larger than the total amount of payouts. If you try to participate in old program, you have a huge risk to get in the basis of such financial pyramid.

Stages of development. Any program has the certain life expectancy. This life can be divided into some periods conditionally:

1. The beginning of opening of the program. This most successful time for investment. The program receives big investments, investors receive their percents and seldom enough withdrawal of means demand. Danger of bankruptcy at this stage consists in an opportunity of a deceit of investors the admin of the program. He can decide to disappear with money instead of continuation of work of the project. Such succession of events can be determined by researching statistics of the program. Such project is the bankrupt if in statistics the huge quantity of investments in the beginning of work of the project is specified. Also the project can become incapacitated, beacause huge amount of money were spent on advertising campaign and web-site's design.

2. The period of stability. It is the period of the most fruitful existence of the project, when the program develops, deposits grow, the small quantity of withdrawals of money is made.

3. The end of existence. This stage comes, when the amount of inquiries about withdrawal reaches the sizes of the common capital of the project. Admin closes the project, leaving a difference of investments and the withdrawn incomes to itself.

4. Sometimes project continues the existence. It possible in that case if it's really the productive eiaano-project or a commercial deceit by means of advertising.

This stage - logic end of activity of the project. You should it is obligatory to withdraw the money at this stage if it is still possible.

5. Extraordinary case may have a place, if the web-site of project was attacked by hackers. The most probable consequence of this incident - full bankruptcy of the project.

Types of HYIP projects. 1. Short-term ponzies It kind of programs promising up to 200 % with daily payment. Usually term of life of such programs is no longer than one or two weeks. It is wery dangerous to invest in such project's, which are like a "roulette." We strongly recommend do not participate in such programs.

2. Medium-term ponzies Term of life of such programs may to change from about two weeks till two monthes. They pay around 5-7 percents a day. The most dangerous kind of projects.

3. Long-term ponzies It's the best way yo your investments. The real period of existing of such programs is about five months, and some of the most successful can live till half a year. Their payments are about from 2 till 3 percents a day. So, you have too high possibility to return your investments in two-month term and have some profit

4. Extra-long term projects. This type of projects can work too long time, till a whole year. They promise less than 25 % monthly. Nevertheless, it very dangerous kind of projects. You should to put concerning the big deposit to receive the essential income in this case. The risk in this project is very high, so, participation in such projects is not your best way ti earn the money.

5.Private programs. When you'll start to participate in investment projects, you'll hear about so called private projects. Their admins approve, that new members can participate in such programs only by the special invitation. It is not VIP project as you thing. It's a simple advertising attempt to get more investments from it old members. The unique feature of such projects - their rather high life expectancy. You should be very carefull with such projects. Programs of such kind have too high possibility to be closed soon.

You should have in view of, that HYIP world is full of lie. You should to rely on own experience and experience of professional investors. Pay attention to messages on HYIP forumes. It is too important to look after the admin's speechs - it is not very difficult to differ truth and lie. For example, admin, most likely, say lies, speaking about use of investments on FOREXe, because an overwhelming part of such projects - only financial pyramid.

HYIP is uneasy business, and administrators often escape with invested money. You should clearly understand, that there is no way to get back your losed money. You should remember it always. You should now, that there is no mechanism to look for the Internet payments. Rules of all HYIP projects notice that the administrator is not responsible for your money and you are depositing them voluntarily. Practically it impossible to start lawsuit against the not honest admin of HYIP project, but it's impossible to return your money. Even charges on police investigation will exceed the sum of your deposit. HYIP projects do not submit to any laws.

If you have decided to participate in HYIP business - I sincerely wish you be lucky!

Tips To Make A Private HYIP Yield Maximum

High Yield Investment Programs or HYIP cannot assure that you will bag profits all the time. Although, HYIPs can spawn high return on your investment in no time at all, it surely involves a great deal of risk. Therefore, it is quite evident that you can either mint money or even be ripped off in the wink of an eye.

You should venture investing into HYIPs provided you are ready to take risk. The best part however is that if things go well you can earn big bucks. But make sure that you don't pour in mortgage money into these types of programs. Good and prompt profits are more than realizable with HYIP.

You can not only raise lump sum capital but also manage it in real quick time if you invest in some programs like the Investment-Grade Programs and the Private Programs. Always remember that you can be on the right track if you have a correct money management system, firm discipline and make cautious selection of the Investment Program.

All that is required of you is to select the programs with potential. You must be wondering what does a program with potential stand for? You must have mistaken if you consider it to be a program that has the uppermost interest rate. In fact, these are the least reliable ones. You must know that High Yield Investment Programs or HYIP can cater as much as 0.7 to 5% per day or even more for that matter.

Thing is that you definitely need proper guidelines that can help you to take matters the right way before investing in HYIP. To start off, it is best said to go through the HYIP forums so that you can peep into the rating systems whatsoever. Keep yourself at a distance as regards HYIPs with problems or the ones that are not paying. The programs that suggest short investment-durations are worth having a try.

Moreover, it would not make much of sense if you were to invest money for a year in a fund, which is short-lived. Programs that pay back the invested amount must be preferred. One thing you should try to do away with is a bad program. You can check their sites and clear your doubts if any. You can smell a rat when you come across programs that promise huge payments to say the least.

There are a few words of caution as well. First things first, make sure that you don't take part in programs received from anonymous people or in SPAM e-mail for that matter. If there is a client-forum then go through it especially the quality of responses. In addition, minimizing risk is what you should do. Spreading risk is precisely what is done. What happens is that, by restricting the investment-period of any investment on one hand and restraining the number of HYIPs you invest in at any one time on the other, risks in HYIPs are reduced.

All of the above said tips would mean that you could now confidently go ahead with HYIP investments.

Tips For Avoiding HYIP Scams

Before knowing about HYIP Scams, refer to the functioning of HYIP or "High Yield Investment Programs" in detail. HYIPs bring out a substantial return on a very small investment. Getting back to HYIP Scams, the moment the yield assured is on a higher side and the return period is short, you will know that a scam is in the following. In anticipation of more earnings, individuals tend to invest more than what is required. This is precisely where they end up in trouble. They can loose everything irrespective of the fact that whether they are legitimate programs or not. Scams are so poised that they hook people on this 'get rich quick' idea.

There are certain things that you should always take into consideration. No matter what, never opt for any HYIP in response to an email invitation. It is quite evident that well thought-of firms will not advertise on theses lines. Getting intrigued by the idea of HYIP alone won't help. Make sure that if you are venturing into HYIP, you do your homework on the respective company that holds your interest. Don't get attracted by a sales pitch that their opening ends in two hours and the like.

All you need to do is acquire as much information as you can. And this may comprise of the amount of money that will be invested, the full name, address and location of the company you are concerned with, in which way you can contact them and so on. In addition to that, verify with the Better Business Bureau in that city/town. This is pivotal because complaints against them if any can be brought into light.

The biggest HYIP scam to be found on the Internet is none other than PIPS i.e. People in Profit System or Pure Investors. In fact, according to a website, HYIP Scam Search, the sum number of HYIP scams was in the order of 3500 by May 2006. On an average 5 new scams are reported each day.

Say No To Scams By Learning The Following Tips

As first things first, always make it a point to take back your principal investment and reinvest only the profits. This is how you will safeguard the principal amount. Beyond that, investing just about 75% out of your profit, keeping the rest 25% aside is not that bad an idea as well. Studying the website will certainly do a world of good to you especially in the long run. Ask for the records and all the other information that you think best.

You must know that most HYIP sites are Ponzi Scams. Thus, if a program is offering more then 10% a day, it has to be the above-said scam. This calls for checking the interest. You should settle for 2-5% daily, if a reliable program is what you are looking for. Last but not the least, always try to invest into different programs than concentrating on a particular program if you are to earn big bucks.

All of the above tips can surely help you to keep HYIP Scams at bay.

Things you should know about HYIPs

An HYIP (High Yield Investment Program) is an investment program that offers high returns with a corresponding high level of risk. Contrary to common types of investments, HYIPs can easily give you 100% return in less than a year. Some programs even offer the same return after a month, some after a week, and some offer 100% return even just after some hours.

It is possible to generate such earnings if you know how to play the HYIP game well. In order to do so, you need to equip yourself with the basic knowledge about surviving in the HYIP arena. Below are some things you should know before making that first step into the HYIP world.

1. High Yield means High Risk. Most people are aware only of the "High Yield" part of HYIPs, but as we all know, return is proportional to risk. Simply stated: the higher the return, the higher the risk. In HYIP, be prepared to lose everything.

2. Invest only what you can afford to lose. Since you can lose everything in HYIP, do not ever, ever, ever (have we pointed that out clearly?) invest any amount you are not prepared to lose. One actually "gambles" rather than "invests" in HYIPs. In the same way that you won't go to a casino or bet on the lottery with all your money, do not "gamble" in HYIPs with the money for your house rent, child's allowance, or groceries. Gamble only an amount you won't cry over if you lose it.

3. 99% of HYIPs are scams. Don't easily invest on the first HYIP you see online. Conduct research (DD or Due Diligence in HYIP jargon), search for online reviews, and ask those who have already invested in the program. What hurts the most is investing in an HYIP that will run away with your money the next day. That usually happens if you don't do research first.

4. Diversify. Put your money in a group of investment programs, preferably with varying degrees of risk and return. The idea is for you not to "put all the eggs in one basket." That is, even if one of your programs fail, you still have some fallback, can still reinvest, and perhaps recoup the losses through the other programs.

5. Take out your principal as soon as possible. Don't be greedy, take out your principal investment as soon as you recoup it (take some profits with you) and re-invest only the profits earned if you still want to invest in the same program. That way, even if the HYIP you are in folds up, you'd walk away as a winner.

6. Protect yourself online. As most HYIP transactions are conducted online, you are prone to viruses, trojans, hacking, phishing, etc. Protect yourself by using multiple passwords, using different login names, installing a virus scanning software and firewall, and regularly checking your PC for updates and patches. The worst thing that could happen to you is to receive a $5,000 deposit in your e-currency account, only to find it inaccessible because it has been hacked!

7. Do not always trust forums and rating sites. Some, if not most, forums and rating sites are either the owners themselves of the scam HYIPs or paid by the owners to advertise the program. Check for objective comments and reviews of programs that interest you in different forums and rating sites. Try to find and stick to a forum or rating site whose members are credible, have integrity, and have built good reputation for themselves.

8. Do not just sit down and wait. Unlike investing in stocks, t-bills, or mutual funds, investing in HYIPs require some amount of attention since you need to regularly check on the progress of your investment and the status of the program you are in. If you invest in a program and come back after 1 year, don't be surprised to find the program gone! There's a big chance the program's admin has ran away with your money!

9. Ask questions and learn. You simply can't succeed in HYIP if you do it alone. Learn from the experts and veterans. Ask questions.

A "HYIP" For Making Money Online!! [Before Go Into HYIP!]

Before Go Into HYIP! By UdomBlogClub http://InvestorCorner.blogspot.com

When you invest in HYIP programs you should understand that you are taking a risk. The information in this article is based off of

statistics and personal opinion.

Law 1 - Accept That Many HYIP's Are Ponzi's You can still make money off of Ponzi Scams. When you accept that many HYIP's are

Ponzi's you are on your way to becoming a great investor. HYIPs with low ROI (long term HYIPs) are often safer to invest in, but it still

doesn't diminish the fact that they are Ponzis. Long term HYIPs last 3-12 months. Mid term HYIPs last 2-6 months on average. Short

term HYIPs last only a few daysDo not take any special pride or interest in any one HYIP. Think of it as a game, you win some, you

lose some, however if you are smart about it, your "gaming score" will rise above the others.

Law 2 - First In, First Out To earn a lot of money in the HYIP arena, you have to get the "timing" down. If there is a great program that

comes out, and if it takes the status of a short term/mid term HYIP and you have yet to invest in it, perhaps you should wait for the

next golden HYIP to come out. Golden HYIPs are those HYIPs that have a nice design, good support, and make you feel like you have a

"safe-investment". The reason you do not want to invest in a short term HYIP while it has been out for a week,is that, statistically

speaking, short term HYIP's last only a few days, only a few hit a month status. If you don't wait the week, and decide to invest your

funds in the HYIP the current week, you may not get your funds back, depending on the HYIP's investment terms. That's why it may be

safer to wait until the next golden HYIP comes before you invest into a good one that is out at the current time. Basically the first in

and first out rule goes like this. A program is created. If the program has: I. A decent site II. Semi Honest AdminIII. HYIP MonitorsIV .

Accurate reports of where members invested money are dispatched then this is definitely a good Ponzi to consider investing in. On Day

1 you should wait and see what investors are saying about the program and how the Admin reacts to members problem. On Day 2

you should see if the Admin is still helping out members, and if everyone is still happy,if everything is going as planned, you can now

take your test spin investment. Your test spin investment obviously will vary considering what type of program it is, so choose an

amount you won't cry if you lose. Wait until you receive your money back before taking your next actions.

Law 3 - Decent Site = Decent Cash A lot of HYIP sites created now days have no care put into them. If a website looks like a 5 year old

created it, why should you feel secure that your money is invested in such a site. The more money an HYIP Admin. puts in to hisHYIP,

the slower he will run away scamming, due to the fact that he wants to get his ROI back as well. If a HYIP. has a nice flash banner,

custom designed script, security flaws fixed, and it's own little goodies then you can assume the site is decent. Thus the cash will be

decent. With sites like this, you can wait a few days to see if everything is still under control but do not wait over a week. You will also

want to watch out to see how much money is invested into HYIP Monitors before any members investments are put in. If he invested

$300 of his own money into a handful of HYIP Monitors, you then know he isn't using members funds to invest into the HYIP. If that is

the case, you can assume that he won't be scamming on the first few days of the HYIP as he's going to want to be able to make his

money back.

Law 4 - Rates/Referral System I will not tell you to investigate the rates of a program to determine if a program is a scam or not. By

now you should willingly know that almost every HYIP you see is a scam. However I will say with rates, you can tell how long a

program will last, which will determine how long you have to make a profit. 1% - 3% a Day: 2 Months - 1 Year Programs with a ROI

of 1-3% usually last the longest. They can span for a couple of months, to sometimes even a year before shutting down. Many

investors get scared when investing into these types of programs however, because you usually have to have a large capital to make

any profit. When investing in these type of programs, what I suggest you do is divide the amount of money your willing to spend into

multiple programs, that way you are not relying on one program. For example, if you are willing to invest $1000, I would recommend

you to invest $250 into 4 different "reliable" HYIP's, rather then dumping the whole $1000 into one program. You will most likely make

the same profit as if you would have if you invested the whole amount into 1 HYIP, however the risk will be lower, and your investment

will be safer. 4% - 12% a day: 1 Month - 6 Months These programs typically last 1-6 months. It is recommended that you diversify

your money into a couple of programs when you see rates like this. Getting in first is usually vital for these type of programs, that way

you can be surethat you will receive your investment back first. When investing into these sites, make sure that they follow Law 3.

110% -200% A Day: 1 Day - 2 Weeks These are known as Ponzi scams - straight out. What you basically want to do is follow the "Get

In - Get Out" approach. Even though these programs offer 110-200%, it is really more like 10-100% of your profit due to the fact that

your initial investment is usually not returned to you. If a HYIP Admin of such a program bites on the claim that the money generated

back to the members are from trading and FOREX, don't even bother investing, the admin. is obviously lying and it isn't worth your

time. If a program offers a referral rate over 10%, this most likely indicates that they are in a need of investors quick and that they

may have a shorter life span then normal. You will want to look for programs with referral rates of 1-7% as this is more safe. With

that being said, you can still make money with programs offering referral rates of 10-15% if you use caution and are ready to pull out

at any time.

Law 5 - Short Term/Middle Term/Long Term Short Term: Short Term HYIPs are the Fly-By-Night HYIP's. They only last a few days

and they usually have no real source of creating an income for it's members. Admins usually often run "games" which restart when

the withdrawal percentage reaches a certain amount of money. The best way to profit from games is to deposit when the new round

starts. You may want to wait 2-3 rounds to see if the program is legitimate, rather then investing in round 1. As soon as a new round

starts, you need to invest, being one day late can make the difference of receiving your money, or losing it all. Short Terms are usually

the riskiest, but if played right, can be the most profitable. You can identify Short Term/Middle Term/Long Term HYIP's in Law 4.

Middle Term:These HYIP's usually last longer and usually offer fun twists and turns that not only make the HYIP interesting, but

sometimes also fun. These can last up to months, and if you get in and out at the right time you can make a lot of money. Long Term:

These HYIPs usually last for a couple of months to years. These HYIP's offer the lowest amount of risk, however the highest amount of

investment. You can make money with these programs if you know how to identify if the program will last a while. I do not

recommend investing more then $1000 into any HYIP.

Law 6 - Due Diligence When I say due diligence I do not mean that you need to identify if the program is a Ponzi or not. If you have

learned anything from this e-book, it should be that almost all HYIPs are Ponzis. However what I do mean by due diligence is take

what the admin gives out to you and identify if it's true or false. For example, if a program offers 10% daily, and the admin claims to

invest members funds into FOREX, you can assume he is lying as, receiving such a ROI investment daily in FOREX is almost

impossible. You can also use Due Diligence to further research the HYIP. If the admin says his program been around for months, you

can check the status of the domain by using the site www.alexa.com if it shows that the website in fact been around for months,

perhaps the admin is telling the truth. Some things to remember. Anything above 2% daily is hard to receive in any stocks/forex/etc

Law 7 - Do Not Compound You may think that you are making more money when you compound into HYIPs but in reality, unless that

money is in your e-gold account, the money is not your money yet. This is why I do not recommend that you compound, and if you do

at low amounts. If you compound, you basically allow the HYIP Admin to hold on to your money longer, and this can make a the

difference of you receiving your money, or losing it all. The only time you should compound is if you have reinvested in the program a

couple of times and confident of the program. This law is short, but is one of the most important, compounding is dangerous, and until

you develop your own HYIP investing strategy, and your own "terms of riding the Ponzi" I do not suggest doing such for beginners,

otherwise you may keep on asking yourself why do you keep on losing all your money. If you still refuse to listen to the advice, I

suggest that if you DO compound, only do so in long term HYIPs, never in short-mid term HYIPs.

Law 8 - Initial Investment When you first invest in an HYIP, the first thought in your mind is when are you going to be receive your

initial investment back. Do not think about investing more, for the idea that you may earn more money. This is letting your emotions

over-run you, which is something that you should not do. Your initial investment should not be compounded, and should be at the plan

which you receive your money back the fastest. When you receive your initial investment, that is when you should play with your

profits. If you want to come out ahead, put 75% of your profits back in. Doing so will allow you to earn some money, even if the HYIP

closes and scams. If you come out at a loss, and are unable to receive your initial investment, look back at some things you did and

what you could have done to avoid the loss. Identify the reasons that the program may have scammed earlier then anticipated and use

that information in your future investment decisions with other programs. Compounding on profits is recommended, but not on your

principal money. Compound on profits only this way you do not lose your initial investment. For each dollar lost, there is a new skill

gained.

Law 9 - Reinvesting After receiving your initial investment, you have the options of reinvesting the money, or if you are unsure about

the HYIP at this point, you can keep the profits and reinvest it into another HYIP. When reinvesting in the program, you should only play

with profits. Doing so is less risky as you are not risking your own money at this point. This means you can compound the money

perhaps at 50%, put it in riskier plans, etc. For each payment paid, you should only reinvest the profits of the profits invested, that

way, you always come out ahead.

Law 10 - Receiving Your Cash You followed the above techniques, made yourself some money, and now you have a large sum of e-

gold in your account and it's just stuck. How do you convert your money into physical cash? You have to do so via a third party

exchanger. You can find a list of exchangers on http://www.e-gold.com/e-gold.asp?cid=1782148 main page, but one that I

recommend, is https://asianpay.com/index.php?ref=5339 I have always received my money in 1 day and their customer support is

great. When you want to receive your e-gold, you will have to pay a small fee, and what you are doing is "selling" your e-gold. You

can receive your money via bank wire, direct deposit or check but if you do bank wire or direct deposit you usually receive your money

in 24 hours rather then having to wait for a check in the mail, which takes longer. You should cash out when you reach $200-$500 or

more. This protects you against losing large amounts from hackers. Also be safe, and change your e-gold password frequently and

scan for viruses, as many keylogger programs and phising websites are hijacking e-gold accounts at a tremendous rate. When

investing in HYIPs make sure your password for the HYIP is not the same

Invest or Not If you can yes to 7/10 of the below then you should invest in the program

1) Does the things the admin say match up with the HYIP?

2) Does the admin backup his claims (for ex: investing in forex)

3) Does the HYIP offer good support for it's investors?

4) Does the Admin hide anything from it's investors? If so, is there a reason why he is hiding them.

5) Does the admin offer accurate claims of where the money is invested? Can he prove those claims.

6) Does the admin tell the truth about the program? (Ex: If the site says it's created on 2002, was it really?)

7) Are investors of the HYIP Happy?

8) Is there a 50:1 ratio on HYIP Monitors? That means for every 50 good votes, there is 1 bad vorte.

9) Does the admin answer your direct questions on time?

10) Does the admin admit that the HYIP is a ponzi

There are no Honest HYIPs

High Yield Interest Programs, or HYIP, are a very common financial scam out there. Unfortunately people don't seem to be realizing that these investments are too good to be true. Or maybe they just want them to be real to solve their financial problems. With the way the world is going for some, a program like an HYIP is a godsend. But people need to learn that some things sound very good and that makes them very bad.

It is hard to tell sometimes what a scam is and what are not these days. Thieves are getting more clever in how they steal money and new high tech angles exist every day. How can something that has a total stranger investing money for you with a guaranteed return of your money and a percentage on top of it be honest? It seems like a logical question but with so many strapped for cash these days, people don't want to think about that. Or perhaps they think that all investors are honest. Granted there are people out there who have investors doing legal work for them, but none of those investors are going to claim that a return of the client's money is guaranteed. When it comes to trading money, nothing is guaranteed. So it's logical that no HYIP could give results like that to any person.

Common sense does not always work when it comes to people and money. Some are extremely trusting and will believe what any "expert" says. It doesn't help that money can be transferred easily online these days either. Even if a reputable bank is used for the transfer, they may not be aware of the scam. Once the money is in that bank and the scam artist sends it to their offshore bank, the money is gone. This can make it hard for some to understand how it can be a scam. But the bank doesn't know that the money is supposedly an investment that will have a return. Why would someone need the money transferred into an account like this for an investment? It again goes back to using common sense. And changing the name doesn't change the scam. That can make it hard on someone too. They know it as one name but a different one comes along and they think it's legit. But the premise of the deal is the same and that should be a tip off that this is another version of the HYIP scam.

OMEGA314 HYIP IS A SCAM!!

For those of you looking into HYIPs, or "high-yield investment programs", be very careful...don't spend more than you can afford to lose. Whichever HYIP you're looking into, as reputable as they may seem, there's a 99.999999999999999% chance that it is a SCAM. Such is the case with OMEGA314.COM/BUCKY, or OMEGA314. I believe it was Omega314.com originally, til they FUCKED people out of millions, now the same admin is back, about to take off with about 7-8 million dollars of investors money. The author personally invested $500, expecting to make a return on investment of $1140. Well, about a week after I joined, I tried to login to check stats, and it said my password was incorrect. So I requested password recovery. Guess what? NOTHING. I contacted admin for support saying, "Hey, what's the deal?" Their response: "If your unable to receive emails from us it is not our concern." WHAT????!!!! Are you fucking kidding me? That's your answer? BULLSHIT!!! I'm able to receive mail just fine,I allow ALL mail to get through, even spam.

Today I checked Gohyip.com, a monitoring service where users can rate different hyip's. I've posted over the last few months, and so have several others, a vote of VERY BAD. Guess what? THEY'VE ALL BEEN DELETED!!! Who's running this monitoring service, OMEGA314? One has to wonder. You can't even trust the monitoring services when it comes to this shit. There were 5 very bad votes today, and I guarantee they will be deleted by tomorrow morning 8/30/2006. Hopefully this article will get indexed quickly to help others avoid this scam. People, DO NOT invest in these HYIPs. Omega314 was supposedly the most reputable of 2006, and they're FUCKING PEOPLE OUT OF MILLIONS. OMEGA314.COM or OMEGA314.COM/BUCKY is a SCAM!!! Read that again: OMEGA314.COM is a SCAM!!!

HYIP : Investment Strategies

Many of the investors plan their own strategies by their experience. Experience makes them know the Do's and Don'ts of HYIP. Once people get well versed to play in the risky yet lucrative arena, they start multiplying their resources. While there can hardly be any universal strategy for all cases, there are certainly quite a few patterns to be followed.

The preliminary step one has to take before investing is to identify the fallacious programs and get rid of them. Then the nature of the program is to be analyzed and then the investor should act accordingly. A few points or strategies worth adopting are listed below.

Frequency of Payouts

The key point to note is the frequency of payouts. Check whether your interest payouts are made on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If they are made daily, you have got a better chance to have a lucrative sum. Your profit increases day by day with the existence of the program. Don't be in a misconception that a program is more stable if it is paying monthly. Many programs which payout monthly gets doomed within a couple of months and there are archetype programs which makes handful of clams within short durations, to be precise, in few weeks. As far as the influx of new funds is there, the interest is being paid. When it becomes extinct, the program closes and your interests as well.

Program Duration

There is a formula that helps to determine the approximate lifetime of a program.

Lifetime of a Program=

[(SD + SH + KR) * (NO + NF + WD + GAR) * (NKI + SKW + SKR) *365] /

[((KI / SV) * (KO + RT + 1) * (KS + STR)*100000)]

Where

* SD -- approximate cost of design;
* SH -- cost of hosting;
* KR -- advertisement expenses;
* NKI -- presence of contact information;
* SKW -- compliance of the indicated contact information with the information given by whois service;
* SKR -- compliance of the indicated contact information with the real addresses and phone numbers;
* NF -- presence of forum, quality of its development;
* KO -- number of mistakes in web-sites content;
* RT -- deviations in text (if the content is stolen with different sites or written without giving any * consideration, the text will have incompliance);
* KI -- dynamics of growth of investors number during the first week of projects existence;
* SV -- sums of investments;
* WD -- information on business activity the program gets incomes from; subjective evaluation of data adequacy;
* GAR -- presence of guarantees;
* KS -- number of persons engaged in projects maintenance and support;
* STR -- place of projects accommodation;
* NO -- presence of office.

Program duration or age is also a factor that one needs to focus on in order to make the investments fruitful. The situation gets more complicated because even the trustworthy projects fail sometimes. It happens, for example, when program leaders did not manage to promote their program right or played fair on the currency market risking all their funds.

Profit Rates

Any investor will incur a huge loss if they are too greedy. Even if you regularly get the program's earnings during several months it is not the reason to mortgage your property or take a credit under unbearable interest. You may find yourself with nothing if you spend your money recklessly. A program which does well today might get closed tomorrow. The well doing of a program is always uncertain. Also, it is a common opinion that, any program which offers above 2% a day would vanish within a matter of days.

One more point worth taking into account is the interest rate being either fixed or variable. Through many years of study, it has been made clear that, programs offering variable interests are more likely to be involved in some actual trading than the ones with fixed interest rates.

Type of Account

Some programs facilitate their clients by providing internal accounts. The client needs to submit a withdrawal request in order to get the money transferred to their e-currency account. Normally the case is different. The amount will be sent to the account directly without any internal accounts. The later one is better to choose because, you can identify whether the program actually pays or reports some bogus interests in your internal accounts.

Investment Demarcations

The most popular forms of fraudulence is Ponzi. It's a classical financial pyramid where the profit is generated mainly by attracting investments from new participants. Majority of programs have their minimum investment value as low as $1. Before investing, you must be aware of these kinds of programs which are available in abundance. You should use your sub conscious mind in order to think what such a program can do with such a minuscule investment from investors like you, regardless of number of people. Up to some moment it looks stable as the payments are provided with real money invested into the program by new members. However, the impression is false. At some point there comes the stagnation and new members stop joining the project and the pyramid breaks down. Programs involved in some real business do not accept deposits less than $50 (minimum). It is not that, investors should only invest in programs which requires huge some investments. But, moderate amount, say $100 per program will do.

Precautionary Measures

The following tips will help anyone who needs to invest safely and get an acceptable interest.

* Never invest more than you can afford to loose.
* Don't allow greediness to blind you.
* Check the originality of the program by visiting the site. Be more cautious if the site is free listed and/or copied from other sites.
* Before investing make sure that the program pays directly to your account. Because, the programs which maintain internal accounts might report bogus details of your account in their site.
* Never trust HYIP that put fake info in whois database. Invest in those who had passes the DD (Due Diligence) process.

Always have in mind that a program would be a potential scam unless or otherwise, you have a positive reason to support it. Be cautious in such a way that, you get profits from HYIP or else, HYIP will profit from you. Analysis of various risks involved before investing will definitely yield fruitful results. Do Not Touch HYIP's

HYIP, or High Yield Investment Programs promise you a massive daily interest on your investment. It can be anything up to an unbelievable 50% daily. The risk is very high and you need to be hugely careful before you invest. By investing in HYIPs you risk your money every day, because you have no warranty that your money is safe and in fact in very many cases it is anything but safe. Many HYIP products turn out to be pyramid or Ponzi schemes which either boarder on or or transgress into fraud or are otherwise illegal. If you want to trust your hard earned cash to people conducting illegal activities then so be it but remember what the Autopilot told you. If the person you are dealing with is doing illegal or fraudulent dealings what makes you think you are anything but the next target.

If you want to have a close look at the havoc that these schemes can produce just look at the mess surrounding the 12DailyPro and Stormpay episode recently. The thread went on for weeks in the how to forum and Stormpay have never seemed to recover. Now in this case supporters of one side quite unequivocally blame the other and I don't think anyone but those at the centre of the episode really know the truth but needless to say there seem to be a lot of folks out of pocket. One well known internet marketer who regularly posts to the how to forum confessed to loosing around $6,000.

For me I will stick to my usual web based and email marketing campaigns for my money and leave the scary stuff to those with less respect for their own money, civil liberties and a like for state provided porridge.

The only people who win with deals such as these HYIPS are those who are in at the very beginning, those who join in later can only lose out big time. Take the case of Charles Ponzi himself, all went well for many months and he paid people out their dues and bought himself a massive mansion on the proceeds, however it was not to long before the inevitable happened and the number of people needing to be paid outstripped the new investors. At this point the auditors moved in and Ponzi started the slow spiral downwards which led to his serving several prison sentences and eventually dying in poverty in Brazil with just $75 in his bank account to bury him.

Don't get caught out by these schemes, the odds are you will lose at least your dignity and money and at worst if you are too involved, like ponzi you could lose your whole livelihood.

High Yield Investment Programs and Investing

I have recently started to get started with online currency. The current online currency of choice by basically all investment programs is e-gold.

To get started in online investing, you should first create an e-gold account and add funds to it. There are a few ways to fund your account. The first and most reliable way is to use an exchange service to transfer funds from your bank, credit card, or other forms of credit. E-gold has a list of them here. The second way is to exchange with a private person. The following sites are popular forums where members offer exchange between a large variety of different online currencies: GoldAge, TalkGold, and MMG. The third way to get money into your account is to join some kind of "Get Paid To" program. These programs will pay you to do things such as read emails, click links, and sign up for offers. They are useful if you can't fund your e-gold account by any other way and you have $0.00. The disadvantage is that they take a while to build up some funds. The programs that I have used and paid me are GoldAge (paid to post), and Donkeymails.

After getting at least $1 into your e-gold account, a bunch of new opportunities to make money are available. The ones that you should look for are HYIPs (High Yield Investment Programs). These programs offer a high rate of interest for depositing your money. These programs are risky and may run away with your money. The best way to minimize your risk is to do research on the program. Find out where its hosted at, search about it, check out forums posts about it, and check HYIP monitor sites about it. The key to making profit is not to put all your money into one program as it can drop and disappear at any time no matter how reliable it was in the past. History repeats itself over and over and some people never learn that no program can be trusted 100%. Sites that offer 10% daily or more are the riskiest.

If you are one of few successful investors who have made lots of profits, you may want to start thinking about investing a portion into low yield investment programs. These are much more reliable than HYIPs, but they offer much lower rates.

Programs to avoid: Matrix doubling programs - these are programs where you pay like $5 and get like $1 for every member you refer. It advertises that you can get thousands if your members refer more members and you get $1 for each in theory but it never actually works out. You will lose your money in 95% of these programs.

Poorly designed site - sites that have misspellings, grammar mistakes, and bad layout. These programs usually run by amateurs and those who can barely speak English. The risk for these programs are bigger than usual and the admin of the program is probably just out to make quick money off of you.

Game and betting sites - sites that offer games such as head/tails and state that you get 250% profit for winning. The truth is that the win rate for these programs is like 30% and you will lose your money. I have seen one of the scripts myself and saw that you can set what the win rate is.

Other sites: There seems to be a big craze and hype about a program called AGLOCO. However, I personally don't think it will be as successful as everyone thinks. There are like hundreds of people trying to get referrals for it and unless you are willing to spend money, time, and effort, I don't think you will get very far. It's your choice and you can go ahead and join it if you want and prove me wrong.

High Yield Investment Programs: Risks, Scams, And Profits

This article is an overview of the risks, scams, and extraordinary profits that can be experienced by HYIP investors.

High Yield Investment Programs: Risks, Scams, and Profits

If you are an investor looking to truly double your money, you might want to look into HYIP or high yield investment programs. This type of investment always carries a high risk, but when you consider the potential profit, you might find that the risk is well worth it. High yield investment programs have always been around, but have become even better known in recent years as investing online has become more and more common. Despite the risks, many investors continue to take advantage of the awesome selection of HYIPs out there to double their money.

Choosing your HYIPs is something that has to be done on an individual basis because what each person will feel comfortable with is different. There are HYIPs out there that show very little in way the way income, but have high risks. On the flip side, there are HYIPs out there that show a lot of promise for profit, yet they have the same risks associated with the programs that don't guarantee much in the way of profit. You'd obviously want to stick with the second choice if you can tell which HYIP would be more profitable than the other. The key to getting involved in the right type of HYIP is research. Though it may be exciting and easy to just jump at a very promising looking program, you'll want to put the brakes on for long enough that you can check out the company. You want to stick with companies that offer high revenue, but only if they actually payout and give you access to your currency. Do your homework to make the risks worth it; otherwise you'll end up losing money! The more you participate and research HYIPs the more familiar you'll get with the tricks that many of these programs have to keep your money.

If you've invested in high yield investment programs in the past, you know what to expect in the way of scams. If you have never participated in an HYIP before, you'll be want to be extremely careful when first getting your feet wet. Because there is a lot of money to be made with an HYIP, scams are often associated with this type of investment. There are people, and even companies out there, who want you to invest and event to make money, but then they won't want to give any of it back. This is where the research that we mentioned above comes in really handy. Even if a friend or business acquaintance recommends an HYIP to you, you should still research it to be sure it's something that you feel comfortable with. If after looking into it you feel as though the investment and possible income is worth the risk, then go for it. If you do not feel this way, simply do not invest. When it comes to your money, you shouldn't feel pressured to invest at any time. Often, these scams will require you to invest is something that does not even exist, and then, the fraudulent people are off with your money and that of other investors!

Choosing the proper HYIP is something that you will need to do very carefully, and you should only do if you feel completely comfortable with the risks associated with any one investment. Even the most legit HYIP should be approached with caution, and followed up by extensive research. You have to remember when looking at HYIPs that even those that are not scams cannot promise you much in the way of a return. The potential to make a lot of money relatively quickly is there, but it is not a guarantee. Because there is no guarantee when dealing with HYIPs, the more you understand the investment, the better chance you have to succeed with such an investment.

The bottom line is that you stand to earn a great profit with an HYIP, but there are extreme risks and even scams associated with this type of investing. If you know what to expect when you get into the high yield investments, and you know what to look for through research, you'll probably be fine. If you get into an HYIP because you've just heard that it's profitable, you stand to lose a lot of money! Invest smart.
